Role Description
The Sales Team Member (Field Sales Representative) at Adroit Solutions Limited is an internally and externally focused, results-driven position responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in the field. This role is designed for ambitious sales professionals who thrive in autonomous environments, possess strong hunting instincts, and are motivated by performance-based compensation.
The Sales Team Member spends the majority of their time in the field conducting prospecting activities, client visits, relationship building, and deal closure. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, deep understanding of client business challenges, and the ability to articulate how Adroit's Microsoft-based solutions create value for organizations across diverse industries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in technology, software, or professional services.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Experience with field-based sales, cold calling, and new business development.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation capabilities with proven ability to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with ability to develop trust and credibility with clients
