Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Team role based in Kampala. The Sales Team member will identify prospective clients, explain the company’s financial products, and guide customers through the loan application process. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting follow-ups with existing and potential clients, maintaining accurate customer records, and supporting the resolution of client inquiries. The role involves regular field visits, collaboration with colleagues to execute sales campaigns, and providing feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Customer service and communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Basic financial literacy and understanding of lending products, microfinance principles, and credit assessment concepts.
• Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple client accounts and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency with common office software and digital tools used for customer management and reporting.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in financial services, microfinance, or field sales is beneficial.
