Job Description/Requirements

Best Ceramics Uganda Limited was established in Uganda in 2016, headquartered in Kampala plot 130-138 and 140-148,7th street industrial area and affiliated to Sunda International group of the company founded in 2000 in Guangzhou China. The company deals in various products under Building Materials (BMMC), Fast Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG), and Household/Hardware Material (HHMC).

 We are in need of a Sales Supervisor with related experience in Supermarket Channels for FMCG materials to work under the Fast Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG) department.

 

Position Purpose

According to team target and plans, lead and train the team and responsible for achieving sales goals, assisting customers in daily operation management and channel sales, helping customers improve sales and satisfaction of downstream customers, helping customers improve product display and performance in the market, monitoring market changes and Market research to achieve the set sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Team management and training.

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in sales officer.

• Issue instructions and assigns duties to sales officers.

• Observes and evaluates Sales Officer's performance.

• Trains Sales Officers on their duties.


Achievement of sales target.

• According to the target and policy of the company, through good management of distributors and assisting sales, to achieve different sales targets and other mission targets.


Assist customer’s daily operation

• Helping customers to train their team, improve the company structure, enhance the salesman and van sales.

• Monitor the stock, sale, and distribution of distributors, through quantitative analysis methods and data-oriented management; bring up the related professional analysis results and management suggestions.


Improve customer’s channel sales

• Improve the display position of our products in the market store, occupy the position closest to the main aisle.

• Increase the display area of our products in the store and occupy the largest display area.

• Check the sales price of our products in the store and assist in promotion activities.


Others

• To undertake any extra duties at the request of the marketing manager.

Education, Professional & Work Experience

• The candidate must at least have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Sales Management.

Years of work experience (3-years and above)

Familiar (Marketing)

Understanding (Statistics)
