We are seeking motivated, bilingual sales representatives fluent in English and Luganda to join our showroom team. You’ll be responsible for engaging customers, managing sales leads, and driving conversions — both in-store and through outreach channels.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Gracewood in the showroom; introduce products and close sales.
- Develop a deep understanding of Gracewood's products, materials, and customization options.
- Actively reach out to potential clients through phone, email, social media, and community channels.
- Manage and follow up with customers throughout the entire sales cycle — from first contact to final delivery.
- Prepare and track quotations, invoices, and order progress.
- Build long-term client relationships and deliver excellent after-sales service.
- Support the marketing team in maintaining and promoting the company's social media presence.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve sales strategies and service quality.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Luganda (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (furniture/interior industry a plus).
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Social media marketing or digital outreach experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Chinese is a strong plus.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude required.
