Role Overview

We are looking for driven, results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our remote team. In this role, you will identify potential sellers, present WaZhop’s value, and convert leads into active Pro and Premium subscribers.

This is a performance based role ideal for individuals who are confident in sales and want to earn based on results, not fixed limits.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and engage potential sellers (businesses & individuals)

* Present WaZhop’s platform and value proposition clearly

* Convert leads into paying Pro and Premium subscribers

* Support new sellers during onboarding

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships

* Meet and exceed sales targets

* Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies

* Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle

Compensation

* 20% commission on every Pro and Premium subscription closed

* Unlimited earning potential (no cap)

* Flexible, remote work structure

Requirements

* Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

* Excellent communication and active listening ability

* Customer focused mindset with relationship building skills

* Self motivated and able to work independently

* Understanding of digital platforms, eCommerce, or online selling

* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, remote environment

* Experience with small to medium sized businesses is a plus

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
