We are Outsourcing and EOR Payroll Company in east and Western African countries. We are looking for Talent who has worked in HR and Payroll sector before. While we appreciate your interest , Only APPLY if you have sold HR services in the past.


This is a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing role based in Nairobi County, Kenya.


THE ROLE

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for generating leads, securing new clients, and supporting the growth of the company's HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll management, Employer of Record (EOR), immigration support, and workforce management services in Kenya.


  • The Sales Coordinator will support the HR outsourcing services sales function by managing inquiries, preparing proposals, and coordinating follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, updating CRM systems, scheduling meetings and demos, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals and service information.
  • The role also involves responding to client queries, preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and supporting the execution of sales campaigns and events.
  • The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth sales process and a positive client experience.


Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR outsourcing services
  • Prospect and engage companies requiring recruitment, payroll, staffing, EOR, and HR consulting services
  • Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking activities
  • Schedule and attend client meetings and presentations
  • Prepare service proposals and commercial quotations
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying client
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline


Client Relationship Management


  • Build relationships with HR Managers, CEOs, Operations Managers, Finance Managers, and business owners
  • Understand client workforce challenges and propose suitable HR solution
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients


Market Development

Research market trends and competitor activities.

Identify sectors with outsourcing opportunities

  • Monthly sales revenue generated.
  • Quarterly revenue growth achieved.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, HR services, outsourcing, staffing, or business development.
  • Experience selling corporate services is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Kenyan labor market is an added advantage.
  • Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, schedules, documentation, and CRM updates effectively.
  • Proven Sales and Customer Service abilities to handle client inquiries, support negotiations, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation, and active listening abilities.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience in B2B services, HR outsourcing, or workspace solutions is an advantage.
  • Comfort with digital tools such as CRM platforms, productivity software, and online collaboration.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
