Job summary
As part of strengthening our sales and marketing capacity, Linksat Technologies is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving sales growth across ICT, Power, fuel, Telecommunications, and Security system projects.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, identify client needs, and suggest appropriate products/services to deliver sales targets.
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing in the technology world
- Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Update, maintain, and analyze CRM information and ensure adequate and full reporting from the CRM for business decisions.
- BSc or BA in Business/BCOM, Sales & Marketing, or Information Technology
- 1-3 years of work experience in the ICT, Telecoms, and Electrical power system sector
- 1-2 years valid driving permit for both motorcycles and motor vehicles is a MUST
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Experience with CRM software
- Strong learning and adaptability to new solutions and technologies.

- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
