About the Role:
As part of strengthening our sales and marketing capacity, Linksat Technologies is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving sales growth across ICT, Power, fuel, Telecommunications, and Security system projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, identify client needs, and suggest appropriate products/services to deliver sales targets.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing in the technology world
  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Update, maintain, and analyze CRM information and ensure adequate and full reporting from the CRM for business decisions.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • BSc or BA in Business/BCOM, Sales & Marketing, or Information Technology
  • 1-3 years of work experience in the ICT, Telecoms, and Electrical power system sector
  • 1-2 years valid driving permit for both motorcycles and motor vehicles is a MUST
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Experience with CRM software
