clinicPesa is looking for 10 self-driven sales and Marketing Representatives to join its team. These must be residents or willing work from Mbarara, Kabale, Fortportal, and Hoima.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duty shall be to ensure that all healthcare facilities which include; hospitals, pharmacies, clinics and drug shops are well sensitized and registered on the clinicPesa platform.
Specifically
- Sensitize the healthcare service providers on how to effectively use clinicPesa to improve their businesses as well as day to day operations in regards to financing.
- Registering healthcare facilities, pharmacies and drug shops to the clinicPesa platform.
- Sensitize and onboard individuals onto the clinicPesa platform
- Collection of verified Know Your Customer (KYC) documents for account creation.
- Providing information and feedback about clinicPesa from the healthcare service providers.
- Generating sales opportunities and working to build customer preference for the brand.
- Guiding the healthcare service providers on basic record keeping, financial management, computer usage as well as provide a listening channel between the healthcare service providers and clinicPesa.
- Represent clinicPesa on the ground to both customers and the healthcare service providers.

QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any field from a recognized institution in Uganda.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good business acumen skills
- Excellent customer care skills
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Affinity to problem-solving
- Flexible to work in any part of Uganda. EXPERIENCE
- At least one year of sales and marketing experience.
