Role Description The Sales Agent role at Platinum Credit Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Kampala. The Sales Agent will actively prospect and engage potential clients, explain loan products, and guide customers through the application and approval processes. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting field visits, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and applications. The role involves collaborating with customer service and credit teams, providing product information, and offering after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Sales Agent will also participate in sales trainings and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, explain products clearly, and respond to inquiries effectively.
• Proven Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets, identify opportunities, and close deals in a competitive environment.
• Knowledge of Insurance or related financial products is an advantage for advising clients on complementary services.
• Ability to participate in and benefit from Training programs, with a willingness to learn and apply new sales techniques.
• Secondary school education required; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Basic numeracy and computer skills for handling loan calculations, documentation, and reporting.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism when dealing with customer information and financial transactions.
• Comfort working in the field, with good knowledge of Kampala and surrounding areas preferred.
