Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Kampala. The selected candidate will handle daily sales activities, engage with potential and existing customers, develop marketing strategies, and provide excellent customer service. This role includes identifying new sales opportunities, conducting client training sessions, and meeting sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales & Marketing strategies
• Experience in Training clients or teams
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven approach
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in developing and executing marketing initiatives
• Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
