Job summary
As an Account Executive (AE), you will manage the full sales cycle from qualified leads to closed deals, working with SDRs or building your own pipeline. You will identify opportunities, run demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals. This is a target-driven role critical to revenue growth, suited for a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Own and manage the full sales cycle (prospecting → demo → negotiation → closing)
● Convert qualified leads into paying customers
● Conduct product demos tailored to businesses and non-profit organisations
● Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
● Develop proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
● Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM tools
● Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas
● Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and product teams
● Identify new opportunities within target markets
Requirements
● 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS or tech)
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing quota-driven environments
● Strong negotiation and closing skills
● Strong industry knowledge (ERP, non-profit, enterprise, or relevant sector) and an existing network of contacts/decision-makers
● Experience selling ERPsolutions to businesses, NGOs, or enterprise clients is a strong advantage
● Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline management and forecasting
● Excellent communication and leadership skills
