Quality Control Officer

The Quality Control Officer shall ensure that products are consistently produced and controlled to the Quality standards by implementing good manufacturing practices, good laboratory practices, performing relevant laboratory checks, In-process Quality Checks (IPQC) and ensuring compliance to the standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in: Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical engineering, or any other related science discipline.
  
• Knowledge in SAP
  
• Awareness in occupational health & safety
  
• Minimum 1 years relevant experience in FMCG Industry preferably as a quality control analyst.

• Shall carry out verification and validation of Tests methods.
  
• Shall carry out analysis of results.
  
• Shall report results.
  
• Shall monitor, control, and record environmental conditions in accordance with relevant specifications, methods, or procedures or where they influence the validity of the results.
  
• Shall prepare procedures for performing the laboratory activities and monitoring and ensuring validity of results.
  
• Shall update the status labels as per procedure of all equipment, materials and/ or rooms.
  
• Shall be responsible of reception on samples and recording before analysis.
  
• Shall be responsible for carrying out sampling of raw materials and packaging materials following the correct sampling techniques, using correct sampling tools and safe transportation of samples to the laboratory.
  
• Shall be responsible for testing and analysing of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products and finished goods against the approved specification and following approved test methods.
