Quality Control Manager

We are looking for motivated Quality Control Manager to join our team.

Quality Control Manager

• Working with sales manager to establish which sales have been made and whether the correct follow ups have been made to close the sales and complete the sales through monitoring work sheets and using relevant quality tools.
  
• Ensuring that all aspects of cleanliness in the office, bond area and the general perimeter of the compound is up to par through proper management the cleaning staff.
  
• Keeping tabs on company tools and resources such as fuel for the generator, internet bundles, phone bundles, paper, print collateral (business cards, inspection books, etc) and printer ink.
  
• Developing and implementing ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  
• Maintaining controls on documentation procedures such as work sheets, report sheets, status meetings, memos, etc monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports;
  
• Making suggestions for changes and improvements and implementing them;
  
• Making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competition.
  
• Ensuring that inspections of cars match the inspection sheets and that nothing has been overlooked.
  
• Following up on delayed clearing of vehicles and finding temporary and permanent solutions.
  
• Making sure that the sale and after sale processes meets international and national standard in terms of customer care and customer purchase management through our various service providers / suppliers.
