Job Description:

As a Property Manager at Posh Properties Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of properties. Your primary duties will include maintaining property rentals, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing a team of property staff. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to foster strong tenant relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day property operations and maintenance
  • Manage tenant relations and address tenant inquiries and concerns
  • Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports
  • Supervise and lead a team of property management staff
  • Ensure compliance with property regulations and laws
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are met
  • Handle lease renewals, terminations, and property showings


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management and the real estate industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in accounting and financial management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
