KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties
• Manage tenants, including leasing, documentation, and issue resolution
• Collect rent and service charges and prepare financial reports and budgets
• Market vacant units, conduct viewings, and maintain high occupancy levels
• Ensure compliance with property laws, safety standards, and regulations
• Maintain accurate property and tenant records
• Liaise with property owners, investors, contractors, and service providers
• Supervise staff and contractors and monitor performance
• Implement efficient systems and best practices in property management
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management or real estate services
• Strong knowledge of Ugandan property laws, leasing procedures, and maintenance standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (e.g., PropertyPro, Rentec, ERP systems)
• Customer-service oriented with the ability to manage multiple properties effectively
