Pre-Sales Technician
Job summary
As part of strengthening our sales and technical capacity, Linksat Technologies is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Pre-Sales Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise, solution designs, and customer demonstrations across ICT, Power, Telecommunications, and Security system projects.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Support Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives with technical input for proposals and tenders.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare BOQs, drawings, and solution designs.
- Develop technical presentations and demonstrations for clients.
- Prepare documentation for CCTV, Solar, Networking, Power Backup, and Telecom projects.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain technical data sheets and pricing.
- Ensure all designs comply with Linksat’s engineering and quality standards.
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or ICT Engineering.
- At least 3 years of technical or pre-sales experience in ICT, Power, or Security systems.
- Strong understanding of structured cabling, LAN/WAN networks, power backup systems, and surveillance systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or design tools (Visio/SketchUp).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong technical and analytical thinking.
