We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Full-Time Personal Assistant to the operation manager. The role demands a professional who can support a fast-moving operation manager involved in strategic planning, partnership building, program acceleration, documentation, and operational oversight.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Handle follow-ups with partners, team members, and stakeholders.
- Draft proposals, reports, strategic plans, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- To provide administrative support to all employees
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic).
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor(s).
