Job Description:

As an Overseas Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our company's expansion into Uganda. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth operations in the overseas market. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about sales and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the Ugandan market effectively.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients in Uganda.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
  6. Participate in promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility in Uganda.
  7. Resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials tailored to the Ugandan market.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the export industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the Ugandan market and its cultural nuances.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  7. High level of integrity and honesty.
  8. Willingness to travel within Uganda as required.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  10. Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
