We are shortlisting capable candidates on behalf of our client, Markh Automobile Ltd (Honda Markh) the official Honda dealership for Uganda, covering Honda motorcycles and power products. Honda Markh is in active growth mode and building the team that will carry the brand's next chapter in Uganda.

The role

Honda Markh is hiring two Network Development Managers to own the expansion and performance of its dealer and service-partner network. Based in Kampala, on-site, contract.

You will identify and onboard new dealer partners, manage relationships with existing ones, drive sell-in and sell-through against aggressive monthly targets, run the field (dealer visits, trade activations, competitor intelligence), and partner with sales, aftersales, and marketing to land joint initiatives. What you bring

• A strong commercial instinct and the drive to hit aggressive targets
• 2–4 years in sales, dealer development, FMCG field work, or automotive, we weigh attitude and trainability over sector pedigree
• Strong relationship skills; able to walk into a cold meeting and walk out with a committed partner
• Comfortable on the road, in Kampala and upcountry
• Valid driving licence
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Automotive experience is a plus, not a requirement
