Requirements
Master’s Degree or equivalent in Social Work, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in transformational development programming and senior management roles.

Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for AEE-U’s programs and operations.
