National Account Manager (Payments Processing)

ROLE OVERVIEW
Responsible for developing customer accounts and new business promoting Payments products and services in the defined geographical territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIE
SMaintain contact and conduct regular customer meetings with the Payments business’ customers, ensuring services meet the business needs of the customers
.Track customer satisfaction and build relationships at various levels within the customer organisation
.Develop and maintain an up-to-date market profile to enable the Payments business to effectively position the products and services
.Ensure familiarity with all the Payments business’ contractual obligations to its customers
.Initiate and negotiate contract amendments in line with changes in the customer’s licensed payment system capacity
.Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled timeously
.Formulates sales plans to achieve sales objectives and prepare sales proposals, tender responses, product presentations and demonstrations

ROLE REQUIRE
MENTSCommercial Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Economics or equivalent is manda
tory.6 - 8 years’ business development experience in the payments industry specific
ally.
