Job summary
Tegula Real Properties Limited, we are seeking a result-driven marketing manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting properties, increasing brand visibility, generating leads and driving sales
Job descriptions & requirements
1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for residential and commercial properties
2. oversee property branding, advertising and promotional materials.
3. generate and manage property leads and track marketing performance
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs
5. Supervise marketing staff and external service providers.
Qualifications
1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related field
2. At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property management
3. Strong knowledge in digital marketing and social media platforms.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
5. Knowledge of the Ugandan real estate market is an added advantage
