Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, ambitious and dynamic candidate to join the rapidly expanding team. Maintenance & Production manager will perform on the following:
- Maintenance schedule planning and its execution.
- Preparation of Annual Maintenance (preventive) Calendar.
- Do Root-cause analysis of Machine Break downs. Take corrective action accordingly.
- System modification for minimizing down time and increasing efficiency.
- Training to workers on proper usage and maintenance of Machines.
- All technical Compliance as per schedule.
- To ensure the timely preparation of production plan and its execution.
- To monitor and achieve the targeted outputs line wise to achieve the planned shipments.
- Monitoring regularly plan vs actual and recording deviations and reasons
- To prepare the RETURN NOTE timely and hand over the material to stores
- To produce first time right quality.
- Customer complaint need to be less than 2% of the shipped product
- Hygiene of the plant need to be maintained as per USFDA standards
- All the products are to be properly identified with the labels and stickers
- To retain the A Grade in the BRC audit
- DAILY MONITORING:
a. Machine setting chart
b. Utensil control record
c. Weighing scale verification on daily basis
d. Change over check procedure and check list
e. Cleaning procedure and check list
f. Traceability documents
g. Issue and return slip for all the material movement to stores
Monitoring of input and output at each stage of processing and timely and accurate preparation of BPRs
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum qualification - Engineering in Mechanical
- Minimum 8+ Years of experience in Maintenance & Production
- Should have strong experience in maintenance & production planning.
- Should have production experience in Agri commodities.
- Should have the knowledge of Food Safety Management system.
- Should be willing to work at shop floor level.
- Problem Solving Approach.
- Should be a team player
