Lecturer - Department of Forestry, Bio-Diversity and Tourism

 Key Duties & Responsibilities

1.    Teach, examine and grade students;

2.    Supervise research for students;

3.    Mentor junior staff;

4.    Conduct research and community outreach activities;

5.    Write proposals for attracting funding to the department;

6.    Perform any other official duties as assigned by the Head of Department

 Required Qualifications

i.                             PhD in Tourism Management or PHD in Hospitality and Tourism, or PhD in Hospitality Management or PhD in hotel Management;

ii.                            Master of Hospitality and Tourism Management or Master of Science in Tourism and Hospitality Management or Master of Business Administration;

iii.                           An honors Bachelor of Catering and Hotel Management or Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management or Bachelor of Tourism or Bachelor of Travel and Tourism.
