As part of strengthening our sales and marketing capacity, Linksat Technologies is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Key Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. The Key Sales Account Executive is responsible for developing, managing, and growing key client relationships to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals across various business areas, including ICT, Power, Telecommunications, and Electro-Mechanical Solutions. The role focuses on solution-based selling, customer retention, and market expansion aligned with the company’s vision.

About the Role:
As part of strengthening our sales and marketing capacity, Linksat Technologies is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Key Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. The Key Sales Account Executive is responsible for developing, managing, and growing key client relationships to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals across various business areas, including ICT, Power, Telecommunications, and Electro-Mechanical Solutions. The role focuses on solution-based selling, customer retention, and market expansion aligned with the company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage existing accounts and drive repeat business through strong relationship management.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations in line with company policies.
  • Address client feedback, concerns, or technical issues in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Advise management on new market opportunities and emerging business sectors.
  • Translates product and solution features into customer value propositions
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, prospects, and client engagements in the CRM.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering (ICT/Electrical).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in solution or B2B sales within the ICT, Power, or Telecommunication sectors.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and presentation tools.
