Job Description/Requirements
The junior engineer will be in charge of offering general, entry-level support to the engineering department, confirming and testing given metrics on projects, conducting energy audits, and utilizing their technical knowledge and interpersonal abilities to drive sales of the company's products. This person will be in charge of finding leads, putting together sales presentations, striking deals, and closing transactions. The junior engineer will also take part in marketing initiatives, deliver first-rate customer support, and offer feedback to the product development team.
It is not necessary to have extensive experience for this position, and our client is willing to teach anyone who accepts the offer to become a fully qualified engineer with experience in sales and energy auditing.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, willing to work in that capacity, and trainable.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- At least one year of working experience.
- Ability to demonstrate good communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to demonstrate good sales skills
