- Provide first-line technical support by responding to user queries via phone, email, or in person.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware, operating systems, and application software.
- Support maintenance of networks, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Track and document work progress, including recording issues and solutions.
- Communicate resolutions clearly to users and provide basic training where necessary.
- Respond to support requests within agreed timelines and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Assist in desktop support, routine system maintenance, and other assigned IT-related tasks.
- Support installation and maintenance of CCTV cameras and UPS power systems.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Professional Requirements
- Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and technologies.
- Willingness to learn and apply new knowledge and best practices in IT.
- Interest in continuous professional development in IT-related skills.
- Familiarity with camera installation and UPS systems is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field .
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and networking.
