IT Graduate Trainee

• Provide first-level technical support to users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Assist in maintaining the Company's IT infrastructure.
• Support user account management, email configuration, and system access.
• Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
• Assist in maintaining data backups and ensuring data security.
• Monitor IT equipment and report faults or maintenance requirements.
• Document technical issues and resolutions.
• Support the implementation of new IT projects and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with the Company's IT policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the IT Supervisor or Manager
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Must have graduated within the last two years.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues is an added advantage
