- Manage and maintain relationships with all existing clients in the Eastern provinces.
- Identify, approach, and develop new clients within the region to expand the company’s customer base.
- Conduct regular market research to understand regional trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for new product categories based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market presence in the Eastern region.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, client development progress, and market findings.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and product development) to support business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong analytical thinking and quick decision-making abilities.
- Intelligent, fast learner, and adaptable in a dynamic business environment.
- Diligent, persistent, and highly self-motivated.
- Previous business or sales experience preferred.
- Experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and market development is an advantage.
- Experience in related product industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
