Job summary
The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting the effective management of human resources at Klan Logistics by implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Coordinate and manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Support performance management and staff appraisal processes
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Coordinate training, learning, and development initiatives
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management processes
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
- Minimum of six years’ experience in an HR role
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in HR management systems
- Experience in logistics, transport, or operations-based environments is an added advantage
