Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to manage and oversee all human resource functions at our Uganda location. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR operations, labor law compliance, employee engagement, and talent management in a multi-cultural environment.

- Experience Length : 8 years
- Working Hours : Full Time
Job Description/Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

5 to 10 years of proven HR experience, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing or a similar industry.

Strong knowledge of Ugandan labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Preferred:
Prior experience working in Kampala or similar developing market conditions.Multilingual capabilities (e.g., English, Swahili, or any local languages).Experience with HRMS tools
