Sokoni Africa Limited is looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our interior decor products, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs will be essential in promoting our brand and enhancing customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products to potential clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Prepare sales proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and initiatives
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or interior decor environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite and CRM software
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
