Job Description
Mahir Company Limited is seeking a talented, self-driven, creative professional Graphics designer who can contribute to our design projects and help elevate our brand's visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop visual concepts based on project requirements.
• Create design drafts, revise based on client feedback, and present creative solutions using design software.
• Ensure all graphics are visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively engage target audiences.
• Translate client vision into clear, compelling visuals while following design best practices.
• Collaborate with team members throughout all project phases.
• Review and approve designs with clients and supervisors before print or publication.
• Design across multiple media and projects to support business goals.
• Incorporate management input to meet brand and organizational standards.
• Manage design files, uploads, and apply market and trend insights to executions.
• Submit monthly e-flyers one week before the month-end for approval.
• Support production processes beyond design when required, ensuring brand-aligned innovation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design or any related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in graphic design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle client care effectively.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Qualities:
- Positive attitude and ability to overcome objections.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
