Job summary
We are seeking a technically proficient instructor with a sense of pattern design to lead our digital printing lab. In this role, you will be responsible for operating our digital printing equipment and training local women in digital printing techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a practical curriculum for digital pattern design and printing.
- Train trainees in machine setup, digital fabric pattern design, digital file preparation, print, and heat press/sublimation processes
- Lead printing class with the developed curriculum
- Develop new pattern designs through design software
- Manage daily printing schedule to meet production targets for the in house production and custom orders
- Ensure all printed materials meet the organization's quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pattern design, fabric, product design or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital printing (sublimation, DTG, etc.), pattern design or related field
- Previous experience in training, teaching, especially within a vocational or community setting is preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop is essential
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital tools
- Demonstrated honesty, sincerity, and reliability in professional conduct
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High integrity and attention to detail
