The Job

• Position: Graduate Trainee – Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent and Hybrid (subject to successful completion of the training programme)
• Location: Kampala, with occasional local travel to client sites as project needs arise
• Reporting To: Senior Functional Consultant

What You’ll Learn & Do

This is not an observational role. It is a structured developmental pathway from recent graduate to certified Functional Consultant, blending formal learning with hands-on project exposure.

• Map core business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and related domains
• Participate in client discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops
• Configure and demonstrate Dynamics 365 applications under the mentorship of senior consultants
• Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and test scripts
• Support live client engagements, including end-user training and go-live assistance
• Pursue your first Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, fully sponsored by the company

Who We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate (1–2 years post-graduation) holding a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Computing, Computer Science, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated interest in business applications and digital transformation
• An analytical mindset with genuine curiosity about core business operations, including finance, inventory, sales, and supply chain management
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• A committed and dedicated learner who absorbs new information quickly – we are making a significant investment in your development and expect an equal measure of effort and perseverance in return
• A collaborative team player who performs effectively under the guidance of experienced professionals
• Any prior exposure to ERP/CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, or Power BI is advantageous but not required
