Giftshop Sales Manager
Job summary

As the face of our Giftshop, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to visitors, sharing the story behind our products, and ensuring the shop remains a welcoming and organized space.</p>

Key Responsibilities
· Perform opening and closing duties, including balancing the cash drawer and ensuring the facility is secure
· Process sales accurately using the POS system and manage cash/mobile money transactions with high integrity
· Assist with monthly stock takes, report low inventory levels, and ensure new deliveries are inspected and recorded
· Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive shop floor. Regularly restock shelves and ensure all items are correctly priced and labeled
· Maintain a basic daily log of foot traffic, popular items, and customer feedback to help improve shop operations
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, or related field
· Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital tools for sales and inventory
· Demonstrated honesty, sincerity, and reliability in professional conduct
· Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
· High integrity and attention to detail
