REPORTS TO: Head Administration

 

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for manning the front desk and coordinating the various activities to ensure that clients and guests are given the required assistance in a timely manner

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

premises and ensuring that they are served as required

•Responding to client inquiries and ensuring that they

•Educating clients and guests on the products and services

•Receiving calls and messages from clients and other

•Dispatching company documents to external stakeholders

that the necessary acknowledgment is made

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

 

Procurement & Logistics, International Business or any

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit applications

 

 

•2 years working experience in a reputable fast paced large

 

 

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Amiable

•Proficient in English both spoken and written
