Job Summary
The Quality controller is expected to ensure strict compliance with UNBS requirements for food and drinks production. This includes but is not limited to hygiene, food safety, personnel hygiene, in process cleaning, Pest control, storage, distribution and transportation, Zoning, waste disposal.

Job Description/Requirements
- Conduct routine inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to verify compliance with set specifications.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment such as pH meters, moisture analyzers, and weighing scales.
- Maintain proper documentation of all quality control activities in line with ISO and UNBS requirements.
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in the production areas and ensure cleaning records are up to date.
- Conduct hygiene inspections and enforce material segregation to prevent contamination.
- Support staff training on quality awareness and hygiene standards.
- Participate in root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for quality issues.
- Assist in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Other tasks related to quality management.
