Job descriptions & requirements
* Must have solid experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
* Strong knowledge of the Kampala market and the wider Ugandan market.
* Must have established sales channels and professional business connections.
* Existing connections with FMCG distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, retail chains and major retailers are essential.
* Experience in food products, beverages, snacks or other fast-moving consumer goods is highly preferred.
* Proven ability to develop distribution networks and increase product sales.
* Strong negotiation, leadership and business development skills.
