Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Transport & Logistics or nay relevant field obtained from a recognized institution.
  

• Professional Knowledge in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage
  

• A minimum of 3years relevant work experience in logistics supervisory role.
  

• Awareness in occupational health & safety

Fleet Planning & Coordination

• Plan and coordinate daily vehicle movements in line with production and delivery schedules.
• Ensure trucks are allocated efficiently to meet operational demands.
• Optimize routes to reduce delays and manage transport costs.
• Monitor deliveries and provide updates to internal stakeholders.

Logistics Operations

• Coordinate closely with production, stores, and planning teams to align dispatch schedules.
• Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless deliveries.
• Monitor cargo in transit and proactively address delays or disruptions.
• Participate in weekly logistics and operational meetings.

Fleet Performance & Reporting

• Track key performance indicators such as turnaround time, fuel consumption, and vehicle
utilization.
• Prepare weekly reports on fleet performance and route costs.

• Monitor third-party transporter performance and escalate gaps where necessary.
