Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Kampala. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, analyze their current financial situation, and recommend suitable insurance, pension, and investment solutions. Responsibilities include preparing financial plans, explaining product options, conducting regular portfolio reviews, and ensuring clients understand risk and return profiles. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, following compliance and regulatory guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service. The Financial Advisor will proactively build and manage a client portfolio through networking, referrals, and follow-up meetings.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills to help clients set and achieve long-term financial goals.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments skills to analyze products, markets, and client portfolios.
• Candidates should possess Financial Advisory skills to provide clear, ethical, and tailored guidance to diverse clients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
• Proven experience in financial services, insurance, investments, or a related advisory role is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Kampala, manage multiple client relationships, and adhere to regulatory and ethical standards.
