Job descriptions & requirements
- Actively market and sell internet and IT services/products to individual clients, businesses, estates, and organisations.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and follow up to convert them into sales.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and promotions.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
