FIELD RECOVERY OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Recovery:

• Develop and implement strategies for recovering assets in cases of default or theft.
• Coordinate and collaborate with local authorities, including law enforcement and Local Councils (LCs), for asset recovery.
• Execute recovery operations efficiently and safely, ensuring minimal risk.

Customer Interaction:

• Communicate with customers to address concerns and explain the recovery process.
• Work with delinquent customers to resolve payment issues, aiming to avoid recovery procedures.
• Provide guidance to customers on how to prevent future asset recovery situations.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of all assets and recovery efforts.
• Prepare regular reports on recovery operations and outcomes.
• Document all recovery actions and customer interactions accurately.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the finance and customer service departments to identify and address potential recovery cases.
• Collaborate with external partners, including law enforcement and recovery agencies, to ensure efficient asset retrieval.

Compliance and Security:

• Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain high standards of data security and customer privacy.
