Job summary
The Finance and Administrative Officer will support the organization’s financial and administrative functions by ensuring accurate record-keeping, assisting in strategic planning, and maintaining efficient coordination between finance, sales, and management teams. The role requires a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Support the sales and marketing team by aligning targets with company objectives and culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and inventory records.
- Assist management in strategy formulation and implementation.
- Ensure proper alignment of books of accounts and carry out regular reconciliations.
- Uphold high integrity in handling all company financial transactions.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
- High level of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of accounting, sales, or inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication skills with fluency in English.
- Knowledge of Luganda is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
