An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

- Calendar & Schedule Management:Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Communication Management:Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/externalstakeholders. Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Meeting Coordination:Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution of decisions.
- Document Preparation:Draft reports, presentations, memos, and other business documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Project Support: Assist in managing executive projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Office Coordination:Oversee administrative processes and support smooth office operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools
- High level of professionalism and discretion
