Job Summary:
Aircel Mobile Solutions is looking for a proactive Electronic Shophandler to manage the handling, stocking, and maintenance of electronic devices and accessories in our store. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electronic products, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to assist customers with technical inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock electronic gadgets, accessories, and telecom products.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and display of items in the shop.
- Assist customers by providing product details and recommendations based on their needs.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and testing of electronic devices before sales.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management when restocking is needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in processing transactions and keeping track of sales records.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certificate/Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an electronics or telecom shop is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of electronic gadgets, mobile phones, and accessories.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle inventory.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for electronic devices.
