Job summary
The Credit Sales Officer is responsible for originating and closing quality credit sales, assessing and filtering prospects, and supporting the development and implementation of credit sales policies and processes, in line with the company’s vision, goals, and culture.

- Assist in growing the Credit Sales Function.
- Optimising Credit Sales Functions CSFs/KPIs.
- Executing Credit Sales strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Implementing Credit Sales plans to optimise cost-efficiency.
- Maintaining positive, ethical and trust based relations with key stakeholders including customers, the board of directors, shareholders, business partners and authorities.
- Performing Credit Sales operations in compliance with ethical, legal and regulatory obligations.
- Assisting or guiding and collaborating with other Credit Sales staff in their duties.
- Ensuring Credit Sales policies and guidelines, and legal implications are clearly communicated.
- Stretch capability to deputise for Head of Credit Sales, as required.
- Assist in the recovery and collection of outstanding fees/ arrears and late payment fees.
