Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or social media (internships count!).
- Some experience in developing and implementing communication programs is a plus.
- Certifications in communications or marketing from accredited institutions are an added advantage (e.g. CIM L3 or L4, Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Academy, etc.)
- A good writer with a creative mind and an eye for detail.
- Comfortable using digital media platforms and tools.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Marketing & Brand Support
- Assist in sharing brand messages across multiple channels.
- Support the rollout of marketing campaigns and track their performance.
- Help monitor media coverage and compile campaign reports.
- Contribute ideas to boost the company’s brand awareness.
Public Relations & Content
- Draft engaging content for social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Support the team in maintaining positive media relations.
- Help monitor social mentions and report insights using analytics tools.
- Assist in organizing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
Digital Media
- Contribute to managing company digital media pages.
- Support digital campaigns aimed at growing online engagement and leads.
Events & Internal Communications
- Work with Communications Analyst in planning and coordinating company events and launches.
- Support in-house branding activities and ensure teams follow brand guidelines.
