Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients within the Kampala area.
- Present products and financing solutions in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Accurately record and update all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Gather and share feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Verification Officers to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Uphold company policies, ethics, and compliance standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in financing, electronics, or appliances.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Target-oriented, resilient, and passionate about achieving results.
Performance Metrics:
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets (applications, contracts, and revenue).
- Customer satisfaction and rate of repeat business.
- Timeliness and accuracy of CRM data updates and reporting.
