Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Branch Manager with strong sales experience to lead our branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, acquiring new property listings, and ensuring overall branch profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in sales leadership and business development.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage daily branch operations
• Drive branch sales targets and revenue growth
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Recruit, train, and supervise sales agents and brokers
• Acquire new property listings and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor staff performance and ensure targets are achieved
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage)
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a sales team
